Steampunk Doodle

Last year I discovered steampunk. I don't really understand the fascination it holds for me, since it's basically centered around science fiction and I'm not exactly a sci-fi fan.

Fan or not, however, I started doodling steampunk costumes to pass the time.

Now, since I'm into "old book looks" nowadays, the natural route was to play with it so that it looked at least a couple of decades older:

Now if only I could frame a copy of this.

For some reason, the "yellowing" (Is that a real word?) make it seem ... important somehow.
